This Privacy Policy explains how Kosmic Edge LLC (“Kosmic Edge,” “we,” “us”) collects, uses, and protects your information when you use our client portals and booking services, including the KE Marketing (Horizon) and James Wick Photography brands (collectively, the “Services”).
If you opt in, we send transactional SMS messages related to your account and bookings — such as booking confirmations, schedule changes, appointment reminders, payment reminders, and invoice notices.
Mobile phone numbers and SMS opt-in consent are not shared with or sold to third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes.
Message frequency varies based on your bookings and account activity. Message and data rates may apply.
Reply STOP to cancel, HELP for help. Opting out of SMS will not affect your ability to use the rest of the Services.
We share information only as needed to operate the Services — with service providers who process data on our behalf under contract (for example, payment processing, document signing, email delivery, and SMS delivery). We do not sell your personal information. As stated above, mobile opt-in and consent information is never shared with third parties for their own marketing.
We retain personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Services and meet legal, tax, and accounting requirements. We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect your information, including encrypted transport (HTTPS) and access controls.

When you do, Google shares a limited set of profile information with us — your name, email address, and profile picture — which we use solely to create and authenticate your account and to identify you within the Services. We request only the basic email and profile scopes for sign-in.
If you are a team member who chooses to connect one or more Google Calendars, we request access to your calendar events for the sole purpose of scheduling — reading free/busy times so we only offer times you are actually available, writing your confirmed bookings to your calendar, and (for online meetings) creating a Google Meet link on the event. This access is optional, is used only for that scheduling function, applies only to the calendars you connect, and can be disconnected at any time.
Limited Use. Kosmic Edge’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We do not use Google user data for advertising, we do not sell it, and we do not transfer or use it for any purpose other than providing the features described above.
You can review or revoke our access to your Google Account at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions.
The Services are intended for users 18 and older and are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the “Last updated” date above.
